No 'What do you call a mushroom at a party?' jokes

While 'trimming' one of our Six Buddleias t'other 'alf spotted a row of Fungi on on of the branches that we were planning to remove. After some investigation and creative googling we discovered that they are Cloud Ear Fungus which, apparently, are used in Oriental Cuisine (what isn't?). For an idea of scale, the one on the right is around 1cm in diameter.
