Youthful exuberance

First of a few back blips - sadly, still struggling to find the time to blip.

My big 4-0 today <faints>. Needless to say the image of youthful exuberance is not of me! Still, I had a lovely day with family, food followed by birthday cake and a cheeky cocktail and so I can report that my 40s feel pretty good so far.
