Majestic clock time
Project day 2
Cooked the 'almost clock' in the oven as per fimo instructions last night...out of the oven and even though it didn't need it I left it on the plate to cool over night.
Earlier this morning....
I decided that it was a good idea to fall out of bed and play with the new clock, the first step was to take it off the plate that it was cooked on, then.........whoops
CRACK!
It split right down the middle, then while fixing the crack I got another one, so then I had three pieces of clock. You could not compare me to this happy bunny, it just wouldn't work.
OVER DRAMATIC SUPERGLUE!
After this I had one whole clock glued to my hand......it's ok, no hospital or surgery needed, I'm being over-dramatic. I managed to get it all back together (flawlessly), cook it again as it needed 'more magic'. Three teas (no whiskey) and breakfast later, I started to paint....and paint...four hours later I have an acrylic painted fimo monstrosity clock.
As with all art (especially with mine) I can always pick at it, hate it, then fall in love with it when its been hanging on the wall for six months.
