Bloomin' marvellous

Carried out my role as dutiful offspring to the max today with a lot of digging, humphing, lifting and weeding. My reward will possibly be in heaven, though the roast dinner cooked for me was payment enough. The fact that the sun shone all day was also motivating enough to keep me outside, and I did enjoy seeing the garden bursting into life.

After that it was back through to Edinburgh to visit a new flat and toast the start of an exciting adventure; not for me, but I was happy to join in.

Oh no - have realised I have used my quota of flower blips for the next year in one day.
