Nature is incredible

My honors botany seminar class (7 people including myself) took a mini field trip outside two weeks ago tomorrow. This was one of the coolest things we saw, I thought. Although I'm not a huge fan of plants, I think it's fascinating how they tackle obstacles, such as a wire fence in this case. This tree, as well as other trees and vines in that area, has "embraced" the fence and continues to grow and thrive. Amazing.


I finally took the time to go out and take a picture of this phenomenon. I hope you can appreciate the wonder of it (while overlooking the fact that I'm a beginner).
