Elementary My Dear ...

There once was a time when sucking on one of these was an attempt to look ... mature ... urbane and ... wise. "Hey! There's a pipe smoker over there. He'll know. Let's ask HIM what to do".

Nowadays the wisest course of action is to STOP sucking these things. Nonetheless I have a great line up of my past follies in a rack on the top shelf of my study bookcase. Does that make me look SORT of urbane or a TINY bit mature?

Somehow I don't think so.
