snoozing with Peppa

Bank Holiday Monday, and a lazy start to the day, noone was really in a rush to get up. But a day of getting essentials done, rather than a big trip out somewhere. We went to the "new shoe shop" AKA as Mothercare (with clarks inside!). new shoes were purchased, summer doodles for both of the minis and sandals for Miss pink. Mr Pink went a bit pale, but just managed to swipe his card in the machine!

Miss Pink fell in love with Peppa Pig in the toy section and some of her birthday pennies were spent on buying "peppa oink oink". Master Pink was happy with a giant bubble wand as his birthday spending.

After all the retail therapy, Mr pink needed pizza therapy, so we went for lunch. On the way home (the scenic route which was very pretty) Miss Pink fell asleep talking to Peppa, so I couldn't resist a picture of her and our newest household member.

And the rest of the day has been about wahing, packing school bags and lunch box filling!
