The wee sister

This is the gorgeous Emily, little sister to Daniel who featured yesterday. Emily is just one day younger than Summer. Milo and Dan are also very similar in age, so they've had a grand old time playing over the last few days...we were all sad to wave them goodbye after their long weekend stay.

After 3 hardcore weeks of guest-house-running we were ready for an afternoon off, and played at being tourists instead - a boat ride from Lakeside to Bowness, followed by fish and chips and ice cream and feeding the ducks. The boat ride home was even more exciting as Captain Ken was on board (a fellow player in Grandpa's band) and so Milo and Summer got to climb up the steep steps to the wheelhouse to drive the boat :)
