Pilings at Dawn

This spot is one of my favorite. At times these pilings just shimmer in the morning light. One time I went to take a shot and I could not find the pilings. My first thought was, "Who took out my pilings?" but then, I realized, silly me, the tide was in and it completely covered them. Sure enough, I came back a few weeks later, and lo and behold, my pilings were back. Thank goodness.
