A Few of My Favorite Things

This time of year is perfect for spending time outside on the mall. Of course it's right during finals week, but I only have one final so I could enjoy some time in the sun. You've got your flip flops, your flowers, your slack liners in the background. *sigh* wonderful.

I considered putting up a picture of all the newspapers with Bin Laden's death announced. All I have to say was said so well by Martin Luther King, Jr:

"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that."
