Here are two police ladies, one with a 'CAUTION Horse training' hi-vis on.

Does that mean she is being trained to ride the horse, or that the horse is been trained to be ridden?

I'm really missing my other camera, it so much more fun creating a photo rather than just pointing a camera and shooting.
