Cat Tails

What a glorious day--sunshine, a slight breeze, and 7 hours spent in the garden. I am tired, but in a good way!

Went for a walk along the Deschutes River-the First Street Trail. I love the cat tails, especially like they are now--ready to blow away! There is a special tree along the river that I will blip--a very old, very tall ponderosa with lots of character!

We saw the yellowest little bird imaginable. It even landed, but I was busy with pink current blossoms. Wish I could have captured it!
