For the 20th time Scheveningnen, coastal neighbouring town of The Hague, houses the Sandsculpture Festival on its beach and the item chosen this year is Nature - donate to WWF as to support their targets of enlarging nature's scope! Quite a noble item and I wish we all managed to allow Nature it's needed freedom and space and wish we all took more care of her than we do.

The works of sandsculptors surprise me time and again - the material is quite 'fluid' and altho' often they make a relief like from marble or wood to be put on a wall or used in a door, the sandsculptors do manage well to express life in their pieces of art.
