A drive

Took the boys for a brief drive out to the marina this evening. My oldest has been home sick since last Tuesday and has officially missed 7 days of school. When I thought he was getting better, he only got worse with a heavy fever first thing this morning.

He was a lot better tonight, so I'm crossing my fingers for a healthy, energetic boy tomorrow.

This is a shot from across the choppy bay. The wind was pretty strong and really cold. The sun was golden again but less than warm.
