Tulip Trying

They want to bloom. They want to open their petals and bask in the warm rays of spring sunshine that helps bring all things to life after a long cold winter. Well, they may just have to open defiantly to cloudy skies and gloomy citizens. We have not had two days in a row without rain since early April. Oh, sure it's good for the lawn, and the trees, and the lakes levels but come on, temps in the low 50's? In May?.....

I feel like Annie; "The sun'll come out tomorrow, tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there'll be sun!..."
