These menus are from about a month ago. I had not much inspiration today so I dug them out. Some dishes have changed and the 'bistro favourites' (not my idea) have gone and I now have a seperate bar menu. The bar menu is similar to my lunch menu which I blipped a while ago. I do find lately that customers eat more of the bar menu than the a la carte menu. And if people eat of the a la carte menu they tend to have 2 courses instead of 3 courses so the spend per head is less. But then on the other side it is nice to be busy and I am glad that customers are still coming.
