The Flood

Today we went to Grand Forks for the day to purchase some tires for the farm's grain truck. Today was the day that the river was peaking at Grand Forks. The river was high and some of the bridges were closed and under the water. We stopped at a park and climbed up on the grass dike there and I snapped a couple of pictures. A lady was in the park and told us we better get down as there were fines for being on the dike so we scooted back down! Pretty crazy water out there!
