Toby......a very special companion and therapy kit

Toby passed on last night after a gentle slow decline for a few months . She lived a beautiful 17 years as a rescue kitty growing up with my children.. She was the first therapy kitty to work in my office and was an amazing comforter. Toby's heart was gentle and present until the day she passed.
I was fortunate to be with her outside in the yard where she loved to be and her gentle spirit was still very bright at her physical decline. We just sat together for awhile and then she wanted to be carried inside to the living room where she was the queen of the couch.
Last night we all went to bed saying good night to Toby and she quietly passed in the middle of the night.
