Purple Haze! Musical May

The fantastic flower of the humble chive!!

I've now planted 3 "clumps" of chives in my garden at the edge of the path. What a versatile plant! Lovely flowers, loved by bees and a small bunch "snipped" over a salad tastes great too!

I seem to be inadvertently be developing a herb patch in this area now. Along with the chives there are 2 types of Sage, 6x Lavenders, Oregano and Rosemary... Will be adding a few thymes and a Bay soon too!
