Impressive Instrument...

Doesn't matter what angle you look at it, a full size harp is an impressive looking musical instrument.

Today we got another freebie performance.

Standard Life sponsors the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland and today they put on a small 45 minute concert at lunchtime which included a girl playing this.

I was sitting near the back until it dawned on me that I haven't ever seen one of these played up close and found a seat near the front.

At a concert I find as much interest is the physical playing of the instruments as well as the actual music itself.

Very good music and very impressive playing.
