MY LENS ARRIVED!

I was expecting a VERY long delivery, but it came after I ordered ..yesterday? Speedy Postman / Ebay user are speedy. However, *I* am not speedy [IE: SLOW] and have no clue how to attach it safely and get the thing to work.. everything that I've read has been all "MANUAL LENSES, THEY ARE AMAZING! HOWEVER, THEY REQUIRE WORK!" and I'm all... whut. My Google-fu is failing me to find an FAQ and Tutorial on how to get the thing on.. so can someone educate me in the way of Camera?
