What To Eat With My Caffiene?

At The Satellite Cafe, almost all the food is vegan but there's real milk and cream as well as egg or salmon for a few preparations. It has both free wireless and one terminal to get on line (unlike in Europe, public terminals are rare in the US). It takes up a section of an old brick firehouse dating from the early 20th Century.

The couple who owns it are local anarchists (there are thousands of us hereabouts) and the place is so pleasant to hang out in that after they lost the lease at an earlier location and searched for another, the buzz of the neighborhood was the latest developments between them and various realtors, and at no time has there been less than an overabundance of loyal customers. I've made a good many blips here, without focusing on the cafe itself. The name of the place derives from the earlier incarnation called The Comet. Their daughter's name is Haley, and so the present cafe is The Satellite. The resident cat is Luna, a friendly tortoise shell stray who stayed. It's the sort of place where one knows everyone's names, including the cat and the regular patrons' dogs.

I just might have a Breakfast Wrap with my tall "Kick-in-the-Pants" tomorrow morning -or will it be an Alaska Wrap?
