Had a pretty decent attempt at re-creating the chicken in stilton sauce from a gorgeous Italian restaurant in the Lakes at the weekend. Added roast honeyed carrots and steamed tenderstem broccoli for a splash of colour and...mmm, bit of a success methinks :-)
