Dead Fly

I went for my first ever run yday. Got flies in my hair.

I usually hate to kill bugs but my bedroom window is so stiff I didn't think it was possible to get them outside by walking them all the way through my flat! So I squished it/them!...then apologised to its little green blob on my bit of paper!
