My Birthday Boy!

Youngest reached the grand old age of 10 today!! (I feel old for the second time in less than a month!) He was off from school for the day as it was also an election day, although he'd like to thank Mr Salmond, the first minister for Scotland, for organising a holiday for his birthday!
A busy day, trip to the shops with G and G, lunch, diner out, cake, more cake and eventually bed with a big grin on his face :)
This is not the traditional birthday pic of boy and cake, instead this is the bold boy playing with a birthday gift (which is brill!). Its a remote controlled helicopter which is deployed from a remote controlled truck......hours of fun! (the picture is pretty poor of the helicopter, but his expression tells the story)
Meanwhile in a less sensible world I "dozed" all night as I watched the Scottish election results coming in. Zzzzzzzzzz!
