peony and ivy

Every year for the past few years, I take pictures of the same peony plant.
It blooms with two different colour shades, some flowers are wine red - fuschia and some are pinstriped pink. But this year, the plant seems to have caught some kind of disease and the flowers and buds aren't that good.
