Second Chef and Pickled Eggs

Let me introduce you to Michael. He is my second chef and started just over a month ago. We get on well together and it is nice to have him in the kitchen. Today I made these pickled eggs and Michael found it very funny when I inhaled the vinegar on a few occasions. Looks like Michael will be making them next time!
