Kaiserslautern, Parkstraße

I noticed this morning that someone had given many of the (distribution?) boxes in the city center a makeover.
These two "smiled" at me on my way back to the train station in the afternoon.

Apparently someone used the holidays for art work.

One resident judges: "crass and primitive".
