Ziggy

I am off to Patterdale tonight for a walking weekend with some Bonkers Friends.

But we are not leaving Durham until about 7.00 so it will be late and dark when we arrive.

Meanwhile, I thought I'd show you Ziggy. He is a titchy little baby guinea pig about 8 weeks old, we got him to keep Cookie company.

He has settled in really well, and follows Cookie about, occasionally climbing over him if Cookie gets in his way. It's not a picture that does him justice, but I didn't want to risk him escaping in the garden while I tried to take the perfect portrait.
