Marischal College Makeover

The magnificent Marischal College is now in the final stages of restoration having had a Spring clean returning it it's former glory. Built in 1835 it was used by the University of Anerdeen but is now surplus to thier requirments and will now become the home of Aberdeen City Council. The second largest granite building in the world looks amazing as it simmers on sunny may afternoon. Note the building at the far right of the picture. This is Greyfriars Church itself a beautiful granite building, but it's congregation have decided that they are not going to clean their building preferring to leave it as the N. E elements have left it. And who can blame them!
