Today had a grey, sad feeling to it. I wasn't sad, but my pictures are emotionally distant. That being said, I got to return to the spot in lower downtown to go crazy- which I did. In about an hour I had snapped about 200 pictures. Choosing one to post was next to impossible.

There is something utterly satisfactory about hearing that shutter snap. It's enough to make me dance. That paired with construction and I was one giddy monkey. I literally skipped around and found new angles; it's the lines of new architecture that get me going. For some reason I am drawn to sites so easily. The sharp cuts of material and textile into and out of the sky is amazing.
