An Open and Shut Case

I'm not sure which way these Kaufmann tulips delight me more; wide open embracing the morning sun or closed into graceful tapers in the evening shade.

Scilla and violets are blooming and daffs are just beginning. Sunny days are a delight right now.

A few moments stolen to photograph flowers today. Aberlour, the pup, is keeping us pretty busy. I forgot the camera for last night's retriever class. I'll try to do better on Monday.
