Morning Cormorant

Took a stroll along the beach and found this chap sat on his very own rock. There is something about birds and the sea that I find really beautiful. The Heron was about but buggered off flew away before I could snap him... his loss.... who wants to see him anyway!! ; )

Roo had a good lie in this morning following her country marathon last night. Thank you for all the supportive comments. I managed to catch up a bit last night and your journals are all looking wonderful as ever : ) x
