Today is my birthday and one of my presents was Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets.
I love cook books that tell you how to do simple things well.
Gordon Ramsey taught me how to scramble eggs and today thanks to M Blanc I made a very delicious omelette (all previous attempts turned into scrambled eggs).
