Nice pear?

The "Love food, hate waste" campaign hit our village today. We were greeted by a giant pear in front of the village hall, and a giant tomato in our village green. Anyway, so we were told how to not waste food, which food can and can't be frozen, how to package food correctly and to understand use by / sell by dates.

Made me feel good as we don't throw as much as we used to. :)
