Rain!
This blip is not:
my brother in law, David, who came by for coffee this morning on a week-end furlough from Manchester and France,
the snail that Laura (?) down 2 stairs has adopted as a pet
Philip downstairs (age 3) who was bouncing on the new trampoline in the garden,
Annabelle, his sister, who started walking yesterday,
#3 son who tidied his room (but hasn't cleaned the oven - yet, although he is vacuuming),
the secateurs I lost in the garden - and then found (def a senior moment),
the piles and pile sand PILES of ground elder I am painstakingly ripping out - not much more now
This blip is the suncatcher that is free to spin now the temporary double glazing is off the front windows (must be spring!!). It's a nenuphare - a water lily - to remind me of La G.
It's raining, we had thunder and lightning early this morning and I got soaked walking back from 'Heller's Kitchen' late last night. I'll probably get soaked again when I'm off to the 'pop up' dinner later. But it's good for the garden (and makes the ground elder easier to destroy.)
