Windblown
Yesterday we had a beautiful solitary tulip in a pot accompanied by a couple of pansies and some dwarf hyacinths. They all lived as a happy family on the picnic table. It rained yesterday and into the night and the wind blew. The tulip is now denuded. Just the stalk and seed head left. These are the petals, found on the lid of the timber box this morning.
Miserable grey drizzly day. Yuk!
