Onwards and Upwards

Day 237

Well, it's been one of those days, where you wake up and know that if you move just one muscle the hangover will kick in. It kicked me in good and proper. My head was so sore I did for about 5 minutes think i had meningitis. But by 4 o'clock I was beginning to feel a bit more human. So i managed to do a food shop, cook the steak and ale element of tomorrow's steak and ale pie, and go for a walk up to the castle. So all in all not a complete waste of a day.

Today reminded me of a good Dean Martin quote.....

"I feel sorry for people who don't drink. They wake up in the morning and that's the best they're going to feel all day."
