Peony or Not a Peony

I was going to post a photo of my washed out Peony, but my friend tinksandtonks posted a Peony covered in rain water, and they still looked lovely.

So for my washed out shot - my 4 yr old Wysteria - will it or wont it flower this year I ask myself, although I do like the vibrant colour of the green leaves, but I would like to see some added colour.
