I was having a wee rant this morning, about Sunday drivers being out on the road at 07.00 on a Wednesday morning.....Why do these people drive at 35mph on roads where it is impossible to pass.
Do they get a kick out of driving 25 mph under the limit?

What do you do in a case like this?
