Tramlink, Croydon

Two things make Croydon a much better place than it's usually given credit for - one is it's wonderful open spaces and the other has to be the fabulous tram system, all seats taken even at 9.30am on a Sunday morning - and it even ran during the really bad weather last winter when everything else ground to a halt.
