Best Chilled

[backblip]

Stunning location for a beer garden here, looking down the length of Loch Earn.

There's something special about the first pint after after you've walked a mile and half to buy it (or, in this case, have it bought for you). Especially when the walk along the loch's edge offers up some fantastic scenery as your thirst builds up.

Enjoyed a good 'sesh' in the Drummond this afternoon, great company and a much better atmosphere in the place than we've experienced in the past (new management after a quite frankly disastrous previous owner).

Another brisk walk back to the caravan to build up an appetite for some of Tam's slow cooked stew and, surprise, surprise, more booze. This time we tried our best to support the on-site club but, after arriving to find only 10 people in the place - including the two bar staff and the 'turn' - we only managed to stay for an hour before the poor guy miming to some naff sixties backing tracks scared us off back to the caravan and the luxury of some iPod shuffling. Felt sorry the guy, but not as sorry as for the four people that were left in the audience.

Feel asleep quite content on the couch. Braw.
