Coral

Forgot to take a pic today. So, here is a random pic of coral that we picked up in hippy dippy Tulum a few years ago. Our place is full of wood, stones, shells and coral picked up from different adventures.

I ran a very long way today with killer hills. At points I think I'd have been quicker walking - did feel like I was moving in slowmo - but kept the heid doon and kept going. The best bit was the bucketing rain and being finished!
