Discovery.

D has recently realised that his hands belong to him. They seem to move independently of him, but he recognises them as always with him and definitely his - now if only he could control them and make them do what he wants! The expression on his face as he examines them is one of fascination and, if he manages to put his hand in his mouth, of delight.
