Stilton

Today was cooking competition day and the required ingredient for this round was cheese.

I initially thought of maybe making a pizza or something similar, but settled on a stilton, pear and walnut tart with a bit of our home made apple, pear and apricot chutney on the side.

It wasn't quite as stilton-y as I thought it was going to be, which was slightly disappointing!
