The Perfect Figure the Pilates way with Miss D Dot

I have a dvd called something like "The Perfect Figure The Pilates Way with ..." This snap of Dotsy, looking decidedly pear shaped (she's actually quite sleek and slender) reminds me of a pilates movement - who knows what it's called and I don't think Dotsy remembered to "engage her core" nor co-ordinate her breathing. But then maybe pilates for cats is altogether different from human pilates.

Almost finished the draft of my essay. Poor wee Laurie has been very sick many times this afternoon and evening. She makes a long wailing cry before each time she throws up and is moping around the house. Probably enough on the detail, but I hope she's better soon - I haven't seen her quite this sicky before.
