Lost in the Supermarket

No, not Tesco's! Went over to Cheltenham to the Thai Supermarket for some provisions. It is an amazing little shop, crammed full of all sorts of food. The freezer cabinets include chickens feet, beef heart and lungs and some other stuff I really hope I never have to eat.

We bought some rice, a mango, fish sauce, couple of limes, noodles, superior dark soy sauce, red Thai curry paste, Pantang curry paste, lemongrass, dried shrimp and shrimp paste. Well, Gary bought it, I just looked round, clueless. My frequent complaint is that we have no food in our kitchen, just ingredients - which I have no idea how to make into something edible. Although if he is at home to cook, I have no complaints!
