Well, the day started out very nice, until I had a bit of a cake disaster. Everyone liked it just the same, but I know I messed it up. Anyway, I spent most of my day in the kitchen preparing for my little brother's birthday. Then I retired to my room for quite some time enjoying some quality me time. It started raining again this afternoon so I didn't get any more of the bright spring pictures I love to get. Instead, I saw my baby outside on the front porch. I haven't seen him for a couple of days so I was excited to see him. he made it difficult to get any good pictures because he wouldn't stop moving or trying to get me to pet him, but I did manage to get this one and I rather liked it. At any rate, may everyone enjoy this fine Sunday, have a happy Mother's Day, and look forward to tomorrow.
