Another UK Photographer

This is Philip. I asked if he was a professional photographer. I asked if he has sold photographs before. He said yes, so that qualifies him as a professional in my mind.

He is from the UK. He is the second professional photographer I have met in this same spot. Like the first one, he was not familiar with blipfoto (for shame!). This leads me to conclude that anyone carrying around a dslr in this area on weekday mornings is from the UK. I love my logic.
