Home made Lemon Curd

This was the very first time I had attempted to make lemon curd. It was so simple.

We have our own fresh eggs and I was able to get some unwaxed lemons from Lidl's. It is the most wonderful taste ever. Next time though I shall add more lemon juice, for a little more of a tart zing!
